When Jamie Spence graduated from Radford University, he knew the career path he would take. "My father has been a builder in this area for more than 30 years,” Spence says, “so it seemed a natural progression to come home and take on a larger role in the family business.” After working in all facets of home–building, Spence took over the reins in 1999.
